Staying physically active
Physical activity helps your health in many ways, including:
- reducing high blood pressure
- reducing your risk of falls
- managing excess weight
- improving sleep
- improving your mood
Physical activity is important and becomes more important as we get older. Physical activity can help you stay active as you age – that “use it or lose it” idea is quite true!
