Help us move forward
Get involved in Forward with Dementia research
The Forward with Dementia website is new and in development, and we would like to gather feedback from people who use the website and/or participate in other Forward with Dementia activities, like webinars and education sessions.
It is important to know how the project is impacting people living with dementia, their care partners, and health and social care providers. Sharing your experience will help to inform the implementation and evaluation of the Forward with Dementia project for members of the public and health or social care providers.
The Forward with Dementia project aims to improve the communication of a dementia diagnosis and enhance the support following a diagnosis. Taking part in a survey will help us to understand how the Forward with Dementia website, resources, and the overall project supported you.
